E-commerce catalog automation

Extract every product image and name it by SKU

Analyze image and text coordinates, pair each product with its nearest SKU or model label, then download a ready-to-upload ZIP.

Upload a product catalog PDF.0%

PDF.js returns decoded intrinsic image pixels, which are packaged as lossless PNG rather than page screenshots. Image masks, vector artwork and unsupported PDF image formats may be skipped. JSZip still needs memory for ZIP bookkeeping and final fallback download, so “one second” and a fixed 1000% speed increase cannot be guaranteed.

Catalogs and product images never leave your browser.

User guide

How to use Catalog SKU Image Extractor

Pair catalog images with nearby SKU-like text and package automatically named images.

  1. 1

    Upload a product catalog PDF.

  2. 2

Set or review the SKU matching pattern.

  3. 3

Run image and text coordinate analysis.

  4. 4

Review pairings, correct names if needed, and download the ZIP.

Best for

  • Supplier catalogs
  • Marketplace product-image preparation

Important limitation

Nearest-neighbor matching is heuristic and can pair the wrong label in dense layouts; review every filename before publishing.

Frequently asked questions

Which SKU formats are detected?

Common SKU and model patterns are supported, and the matching rule can be adjusted.

Are images always original quality?

JPEG XObjects can be preserved; other encodings may need conversion.

PDFPerch processes files locally unless this guide explicitly identifies a cloud-dependent feature. Always keep an original copy and verify critical output before submission, printing, signing, or accounting use.
