Report a problem clearly

When reporting a processing issue, never send a confidential document unless an approved private support channel explicitly requests it.

Useful report details

Include the tool URL, browser and operating system, approximate page count and file size, the visible error message, and whether the PDF is scanned, damaged or password-protected. A short description of the expected result and the actual result usually helps reproduce the problem without needing the original document.

Privacy-safe sample files

If a problem depends on a specific document structure, create a reduced sample with invented text and no customer, financial, health or identity data. Confirm that the sample still reproduces the issue before sharing it. Do not send passwords, private keys, signature images or confidential attachments.

Security reports

Describe the affected URL, reproducible behavior, browser version and expected impact. Avoid accessing data that is not yours, interrupting the service or publishing exploitable details before the report can be reviewed. Initial reports should contain technical steps, not private production files.
